Mcwaff Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the mcwaff platform and all associated services. "mcwaff", "we", and "our" refer to the organisation operating this platform. "User" and "you" refer to anyone who uses the mcwaff website or app.

These Terms & Conditions take effect automatically when you create an account or begin using any service on mcwaff. They have been written in Bengali for the convenience of our users. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the official English version published by mcwaff shall prevail.

You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account with mcwaff. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. mcwaff reserves the right to close any account opened with false information at any time, and any balance held in such an account may be forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one account. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of the rules and may result in all accounts being closed. mcwaff reserves the right to investigate cases where multiple accounts exist within the same household or on the same device.

• It is the user's sole responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify mcwaff support immediately.
• You must not allow anyone else to access or use your account.
• Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

Mcwaff reserves the right to verify the identity of any user, particularly at the time of withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. The KYC process may require a copy of a national ID card, birth registration certificate, or passport.

Certain features may be restricted until KYC is completed. Large withdrawal payments may be held if verification is not in place. All KYC information is kept strictly confidential — stored and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To make a deposit at mcwaff, you must use an approved payment method such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — accounts registered under a third party's name are not permitted.

Successful deposits are credited to your wallet instantly. If your payment was deducted but did not appear in your wallet, please contact support with your transaction ID.

To request a withdrawal, your account must have sufficient real money balance (bonus balance excluded). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made via the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, additional time may be required if KYC verification is incomplete or for large amounts. In cases of suspicious activity, mcwaff reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

Mcwaff's bonus and promotional offers are designed for the benefit of our users. However, each offer carries its own specific terms that must be followed. By claiming a bonus, you are automatically deemed to have accepted the applicable bonus terms.

General Bonus Terms:

• Every bonus has an expiry date – any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Bets placed with bonus funds generally require minimum odds of 1.50 or higher.
• Mcwaff reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Accounts suspected of bonus abuse may be subject to investigation.

Mcwaff reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion. Odds are subject to change — the odds displayed at the time you confirm your bet are final. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each market and match.

The minimum bet is generally ৳20. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event. Special limits may apply to large accumulator bets. For unusually large wagers, mcwaff may request an explanation.

Mcwaff uses official results from the relevant sporting bodies to settle bets. For cricket, ICC results are final; for football, the relevant federation's results apply; for other sports, the ruling of the relevant international governing body is considered final.

Special Circumstances:

• Match Cancelled or Abandoned: The full bet amount will be refunded.
• Partial play: Settlement follows specific rules – results are generally considered valid once more than 50% of the event has been completed.
• In case of incorrect odds: mcwaff reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious odds error.
• Delayed Settlement: Any delays caused by technical issues will be resolved as quickly as possible.

Live Betting, or in-play betting, works a little differently from regular betting. Odds change every second while a match is in progress. There may be a difference in odds between the time you submit your bet and the time it reaches the server — in that case, you'll have the option to accept the new odds or decline.

If a bet is not submitted due to an internet disconnection or app crash, it will be treated as not having been placed. Bets cannot be placed while live betting is suspended – this typically occurs during goals, wickets, or other key moments.

Engaging in any of the following activities is a direct violation of mcwaff's Terms and Conditions and will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts. (Different members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but a single individual may not hold more than one account.)
• Bonus abuse – repeatedly exploiting strategies to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Betting using match-fixing or inside information.
• Account hacking or any attempt at unauthorised access.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources on mcwaff.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or glitches in the mcwaff system.

Mcwaff may suspend or permanently close an account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms and conditions, failure to complete KYC, suspicious activity, or legal and regulatory requirements.

Users may close their account at any time – this is covered in detail in the FAQ section below. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your real-money balance (unless it has been forfeited due to a breach of terms).

Mcwaff operates as a betting platform and is not directly liable for any financial losses resulting from betting activity on the platform. In the event of service disruption due to technical issues, mcwaff will make reasonable efforts to provide compensation but will not be held responsible for indirect losses.

Mcwaff is not liable for any delays or losses caused by the failure of third-party services such as payment gateways. If a bet is not placed or a live draw is missed due to an internet disconnection, that is the user's responsibility.

Mcwaff believes betting is a form of entertainment – not a guaranteed source of income. We encourage our users to play responsibly, and to support this we offer a number of helpful features:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limits: Set a limit on the maximum amount you can bet within a given period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break of 24 hours up to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently.

Mcwaff may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
